 Changes for member fees |

Dear all,
As being a president of this club, I know that the member fee system had already ran for a long time. As before, the system is using 3 month basis, and 1/2 year as well as the point awards system. For more simplified the system I have made the adjustment as follows and it will start on 1 October 2008:
1. The member fee system: To make it simple, every member will pay for MOP$50/ month. Submission will be the first week of every month. Addiction, for those who like to rent a small space for the army or stuff, MOP$15/ month for renting a space.
2. The point awards system: I think I have missed many points since April this year. To make stuff simply again, the previous points will be cancel until this year September. But, a extra 50 pts for those who had make frequent orders this period (april to September 2008). This 50pts can be only use with order on OCT and NOV no more than that. The point award system will be cancel for recent time. I will think more and see when another system will come up.
I know that I am not being a very good president, but hoping all of you understand the main purpose for this club.

小弟有個小小提議....唔知可唔可行
一般會費收50元一個月, 特級會費140元一個月+White Dwarf 本/月
團購以代購者信用卡單價+3%服務費/非會員5% (必須將該單給予購買者過目)
每月會內資金公佈...等等
至於什麼獎pts既問題,就要由您作安排了@@ |
There is no credit card service. I just only accept cash.
140 is too much for member as well as I cannot get WD every month.
Financial report?? Everybody knows what I am doing.

我指您代購後,出現在您信用卡的銀行單據的金額另加代購之費用
140元 = 50元基本會費 + 75元的WD + 15元(其他服務,如:設置寄存箱等等...)

I think the space renting I need sometime to prepare as I need to see which shelf is able and it not too big.
I hope this will happen starting on October.
